Overview

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the community's perception and enhancing resident satisfaction through effective marketing and communications strategies.  This individual is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, assisting with community event management, maintaining a strong communication presence to support the Homeowner Associations' objectives and values.  This individual will collaborate with the Lifestyle and Wellness Directors to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the departmental goals.

 

This role operates in an office setting and outdoor within the community.  Regular attendance at community events will be necessary - which may involve occassional evening and weekend work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to strengthen community engagement
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials which may include all or some of the following: newsletters, brochures, flyers, closed circuit advertisements, websites and pages, electronic communications and etc.
  • Ensure timely and relevant engaging content and information is disseminated online and through electronic and print communications channels
  • Coordinate with vendors in collaboration with the Wellness and Fitness Directors to ensure event specific marketing material production
  • Gather data from multiple sources to assist in strategic advertisement and marketing decisions
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve community and management goals
  • Serve as primary point of contact for resident inquiries related to HOA event and activity communications
  • Maintain event calendars
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field or five plus years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential for the successful creation of relevant content advertising, as well as communications with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail executing marketing campaigns and in monitoring budget and performance goals. 
  • Creativity is critical in the development of innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills.  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and to make informed decisions.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, including residents, board members, vendors, and teammates
