A Restaurant/Bar Manager for Castle Group, impacts every Guest experience within our restaurant, bar and banquets. We always deliver an experience that will exceed our Guests' food, beverage, and culinary expectations.
The Restaurant/Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations of the bar & restaurant. This role ensures consistent execution of Castle standards with a focus on operational excellence, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
The Restaurant/Bar Manager leads by example, coaches the team to deliver outstanding hospitality and product quality.
