The Director of POA Maintenance is responsible for the strategic planning, budgeting, and daily operations of all maintenance functions within the Property Owners Association (POA). This includes the oversight of road maintenance, POA-owned buildings, grounds, and the effective supervision of maintenance and roads crews. The Director ensures that all facilities and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards of safety, appearance, and functionality in alignment with the community's goals and budget.
The Director of POA Maintenance provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.

Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance or facilities management, preferably within a POA, HOA, municipality, or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of construction, road repair, facility operations, and grounds maintenance.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost control, and project management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and maintenance management software.
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
