The Fitness Manager works within the Lifestyle Team and reports to the Lifestyle Director, who reports to the General Manager. The Fitness & Wellness operation includes group fitness, personal training, massage, esthetic services, nutrition and wellness programming.
This is a management-focused position responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program, including programming, independent contractor oversight, resident experience, administrative systems, reporting, facility readiness, safety and service quality. The successful candidate will be highly visible and engaged with residents while maintaining the administrative discipline necessary to effectively manage the operation.

Supervisory / Contractor Oversight Responsibilities
Oversees the network of independent contractors and service providers supporting Fitness & Wellness, including personal trainers, group fitness instructors, massage therapists, estheticians and nutrition/wellness providers. Responsibilities include onboarding, credential verification, scheduling coordination, service-quality monitoring, performance evaluation, coverage, resident feedback and contract-compliance oversight.
