The Assistant Property Manager is responsible forsupporting the Property Manager on site with any delegated administrative, financial, or operational tasks.

The Resident Services Attendant serves as a customer service ambassador for Valencia Lakes, responsible for monitoring clubhouse facilities, supporting resident activities, assisting with community events, and providing administrative support for Fitness Center operations. The Position spends approximately 2-3 hours daily assisting with fitness center administration, resident engagement, class registration support, and wellness program coordination while ensuring all community amenties are maintained in a safe, clean, and welcioming condition. THe remainder of the worklday will be spent across other duties.
