Position is Community Association Manager, licensed under the provisions of Florida Statute 468. Under general supervision and in association with the Board of Directors, plans, directs, recommends, and implements policies and procedures to ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the Association are provided in a first-class manner and in accordance with community rules and regulations.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance and security functions of the community. The position requires the Community Association Manager be on call 24-hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency consultation in the event of incidents requiring management intervention. All services of the Community Association Manager are under the direct supervision of Castle Management and are performed as stated, in the Management agreement between the governing Board of Directors and Castle Management, LLC.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of Maintenance and Housekeeping staff. He or she is responsible for department organization, performing maintenance checks, supervising the inspection of all mechanical sections of the building and reporting to building management on all areas. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for the seamless running of all the buildings mechanics, HVAC, elevators, pools, cleanliness, organization of these areas and maintaining a team of energized and motivated professionals. The Maintenance Supervisor also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customers.

The Regional Director is an experienced property management professional who provides hands-on leadership, management and direction to ensure customer partnerships are maintained and operated in accordance with Castle standards and established community objectives. The Regional Director works in partnership with the Board of Directors and/or the developer, the Property Manager and internal support staff to oversee and operate the community and assist in problem resolution.
The Maintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium or Homeowners Association (HOA) and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. He or she ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition.
The Maintenance Technician also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customers.
Responsible for cleanliness of common areas within the community which may include both indoor and outdoor areas.

Responsible for professional, effective and efficient handling of all residents’ requests and needs upon entering the community.
The Front Desk/Concierge or Desk Attendant also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customers. Must speack spanish and English.

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Security (Site Supervisor) and Director of Security, this position is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of people and property by enforcing established rules and regulations.
This position is responsible for cleaning projects requiring training and demonstrated skill. Inspects work performed in assigned building/property(s) and submits reports to the Supervisor. Positions may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community, outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both.

The Senior Community Accountant is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements for the Home Owner Association and Condo Association. Responsibilities include preparing a comprehensive financial statement write-up, including but not limited to bank reconciliations, account and variance analysis, and preparing all balance sheet supporting schedules.

The Social Director/Lifestyle Director plans and oversees social events for the community and reports to the Property Manager.
