The Maintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium or Homeowners Association (HOA) and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. He or she ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition.
The Maintenance Technician also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customers.

The Regional Director is an experienced property management professional who provides hands-on leadership, management and direction to ensure customer partnerships are maintained and operated in accordance with Castle standards and established community objectives. The Regional Director works in partnership with the Board of Directors and/or the developer, the Property Manager and internal support staff to oversee and operate the community and assist in problem resolution.
Under general supervision and in conjunction with the Board of Directors, the General Manager (CAM) plans, directs, recommends, and implements policies and procedures to ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the Association are provided in a first-class
Responsible for enforcing pool safety rules in all pool areas. Primary responsibility is the maintenance and cleanliness of pool and deck areas. Able to understand and react to emergency response procedures; monitors safety and security of all pool users and responsible for reporting and documenting any safety or accident concerns.
The Deck or Pool Attendant also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function.
